Rabbi Yona Reiss, rosh yeshiva at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ's , recently represented 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ at the Halichot Am Yisroel Annual Conference for Dayanim, which took place in Jerusalem, Israel from January 29-31. He delivered a lecture before the group titled, "Determining the Law in a Case Where the Defendant is Bankrupt."
